Parking

There are several carparks within easy walking distance of the Library. There is short stay parking in the Waitrose carpark and parking is refunded in some of the shops. Alternatively there is short stay up to 3 hours in Wellington Way (Havant BC) and longer stay parking is available in Rockville Drive (Havant BC) carpark. Free parking is available up to 2 hours in ASDA, and up to 3 hours in the nearby Wellington retail park.
